Terms of service and unofficial status
Bringing ballpark fun to your screen, with a clear explanation of what this experience covers.
Last updated:01Service scope and unofficial status
3DOME / SEAT / FUN (the “Site”) offers ballpark seat exploration, 3D view previews and interactive baseball experiences. The Site is an independently developed, unofficial service. It is not an official service of the venue operator, any team, league, event organizer or ticketing platform.
Names such as “Taipei Dome” are used only to identify the venue referenced by the scene. They do not indicate that the rights holders of the venue, event, team or brand took part in production, or authorized, certified, sponsored or endorsed the Site.
02Seat, ticket and game information
Seating areas and the venue's shape are compiled and modeled from public information. Individual row and seat positions, obstructions, equipment, lighting and event-day layouts may differ from the actual venue. Ticket photo recognition may also be incorrect; please check the recognized section, row and seat number. This model has not been officially verified by the venue and does not guarantee actual seat positions, row numbers, views, obstructions, facilities or areas open to visitors.
The Site's model, game scores and hit metrics are for digital experiences. For ticket purchases, admission, actual seats and event rules, check your ticket, the ticketing platform, organizer and on-site information. The Site does not authenticate tickets, reserve seats or authorize admission. Do not rely solely on the model or recognition results for purchasing tickets, entering the venue, accessible routes or emergency evacuation. Follow official announcements and on-site instructions.
When using motion swing, hold your phone securely and be aware of the space around you. You can turn motion controls off at any time and tap to swing instead.
03Your selected photos and on-device processing
The current ticket recognition, portrait and main-screen image features process selected images in your browser. They do not upload images or the full recognized ticket text to the Site's servers or cloud AI, or create a cloud photo album on the Site. After you refresh the page, photos are no longer retained on the Site's page. This does not delete original files on your device or images you have saved or shared.
Use images you have the right to use and obtain any required consent from the people shown. The Site processes material only to carry out the feature you choose. Providing a preview does not give the Site ownership of the material or permission to use your photos in external advertising. You may choose not to provide photos and use manual seat entry and standard game characters instead.
04Downloads, sharing and contacting us
Souvenir cards are virtual composites. They may include your photo, companions and main-screen photos visible in the view, as well as the title, game date and seat details. Check the preview and obtain the people concerned's consent before sharing. When you choose to download, share or send content, it is passed to the device feature, app or recipient you select. Subsequent retention and use are governed by the selected service's settings and policies. Refreshing this page does not delete content already downloaded, shared or sent.
Brand inquiries first open a draft in your email app. You check the content and recipient before sending it; opening the draft does not cause the Site to send an email automatically. We use the contact details and requests you email us to reply to and handle that inquiry or rights claim.
Browsing the Site requests pages, code, sound effects and OCR resources from the hosting service. The host may process IP addresses, browser information and general request logs for connectivity, security and operations. “On-device image processing” does not mean the entire Site has no network connections, caches or connection logs. Your browser may cache site resources and public OCR language models. Those model caches are not your selected photos or recognized ticket text.
When you open a URL containing seat parameters, the level, section, row and seat may still appear in the initial page request and general request logs. The Site reads valid seat details, then clears URL parameters before loading external services. A valid seat may remain in the current tab's browser history state to support refreshing. If you use a supported browser assistant, the Site's assistant interface can return the current seat, view and scene mode, but not photos or the full recognized ticket text. Motion data is used only for on-device swing detection.
To ask about, correct or delete personal data you provided through email, contact howie@protico.io. We will handle your request according to the data we actually hold and applicable law. You may also choose not to provide photos and enter seats manually. If you do not provide the contact details needed for an inquiry, we may be unable to respond.
05Analytics and preferences
The Site loads Google Analytics 4 only after you allow analytics. It helps us understand page views, usage, device types and general traffic sources. Google may process connection IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, cookies and browser identifiers according to its service policies. This feature is not fully anonymous or fully offline.
Page URLs sent by the Site contain only the domain and page path, without seat parameters, query strings or fragments. The Site does not send selected photos, recognized ticket text, names, email addresses, exact seat numbers or motion data to its GA analytics. Enhanced measurement, Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. The Site does not configure advertising audiences or purchase conversions.
You may decline analytics and still use seat exploration, photos and games. Your preference is saved in this browser and can be changed at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. After you stop analytics, the Site sends no further analytics events. This does not automatically delete data already sent; existing cookies can be cleared in your browser settings. For data-related requests, contact howie@protico.io.
Google Privacy Policy06Protico fan lobby
The Site integrates the Protico community lobby on its production domain. Loading the lobby connects your browser to Protico and provides the page URL with seat parameters removed, along with connection, browser and usage information needed to run the service. Protico may use cookies or local storage to maintain sign-in, notifications and community features. Service requests and basic usage records may be generated even before you post.
Sign-ins, posts, photos, files and other content you choose to submit in the lobby are processed by Protico and the services it uses. Other visitors may view content in the public lobby. This differs from the Site's on-device ticket recognition, portrait and virtual main-screen photo features. Do not post complete tickets, barcodes, contact details or content you do not want made public.
GA analytics preferences control only the Site's Google Analytics and do not disable community features you are using. Protico's retention and use of data are governed by its terms of service, privacy policy and your actions. Contact howie@protico.io for related data requests.
Protico Privacy Policy07Virtual ads and brand partnerships
The Site's main center-field screen, outfield walls, seat interactions and brand placements are limited to its 3D virtual environment. They do not include advertising rights for Taipei Dome's physical screens, boards, suites, seats, on-site events, event sponsorship or TV broadcasts, nor do they establish a partnership between a brand and the venue or event. Images and brand text you preview locally are not thereby published to other users.
Partnership specifications, display periods, fees, rights to use materials and performance terms must be agreed separately by both parties. Submitting an inquiry or opening an email draft does not automatically create a paid advertising order. These terms do not reduce the Site's legal obligations concerning advertising content or obligations under an existing contract.
08Material rights and rights-holder contact
Rights in third-party names, trademarks, architectural designs, artworks, images, seat maps and other material belong to their respective rights holders under law. Source credits, unofficial-status statements and features offered by the Site do not themselves grant rights to use or sublicense third-party material.
If you believe content on the Site involves your trademark, copyright, likeness or other rights, email howie@protico.io with the identifiable location of the content, an explanation of your rights and contact details. We will review and respond, and handle corrections, additional credits, restrictions or removal according to the circumstances. Do not send sensitive information unrelated to the request.
Contact us about rights concerns09Service quality and statutory rights
We continue to improve the Site's model, recognition and interactive experience. Results may be affected by device performance, browser support, network conditions and data updates. Please report seat or feature errors to the email address above.
These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence. They do not limit users' statutory consumer-protection, personal-data or other rights. Describing the Site as entertainment does not exempt it from legal or contractual responsibilities for paid, advertising or other services it actually provides.
10Updates to these terms
The Site displays the last update date on this page. If there are important changes to features, data processing or paid partnership arrangements, we will provide relevant information within the affected features. We will obtain separate consent when required.
We welcome venue partnerships to enhance the fan experience.
We welcome discussions with Taipei Dome's official operators, relevant rights holders and event organizers on formal licensing, model calibration and interactive experiences. This invitation does not imply that an official partnership currently exists.
